Star Clippers releases first print brochure since 2019

MIAMI — Hot off the press is Star Clippers’ latest tall ship cruise brochure, its first in print since 2019.

The brochure, also available online, features the company’s full catalogue of sailings through November 2024, including summer 2024 itineraries that have yet to be published. Star Clippers sails year round with itineraries in the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Central America, and also offers Atlantic Ocean crossings.

To celebrate the brochure’s launch, Star Clippers is offering guests who book their sailing by Oct. 31, 2022, a 10% discount off the cruise fare, an onboard credit of US$100, complimentary pre-paid gratuities, and a bottle of champagne. The offer is valid for residents of North, Central and South America only.

THE MEDITERRANEAN

With all three of Star Clippers’ tall ships (Star Clipper, Star Flyer and Royal Clipper) sailing together in the Mediterranean again, guests can choose from itineraries in the Greek Isles, Italy, France, Croatia, Spain and Portugal. Racing fans will be thrilled to learn that the Royal Clipper will once again offer the popular Grand Prix and St. Tropez Regatta sailings. A pair of itineraries in May puts guests in Monaco for the world-famous Grand Prix races, while in the fall a roundtrip sailing out of Cannes will take guests to St. Tropez for the famed regatta.

CENTRAL AMERICA

Starting this November and continuing into the 2024 season, Star Clippers will be calling on ports in Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama and the Panama Canal during the winter season. Seven-day sailings roundtrip out of Puntarenas call on favourite Costa Rican towns as well as ports in Panama or Nicaragua, depending on the itinerary. These new sailings take guests to Isla Tortuga, Costa Rica as well as ‘deserted islands’ like Isla San Jose in the Pearl Islands.

TRANSATLANTIC

Beginning in 2023, all three ships in the Star Clippers’ fleet will be making the transatlantic journey. In April 2023, Royal Clipper will make the 16-night eastbound crossing between Bridgetown, Barbados and Lisbon. Those who want an extended voyage can book a 28-day option that sails all the way to Rome.

Also doing an eastbound crossing is Star Clipper, departing April 2023 from St. John’s, Antigua for a 20-night sailing to Malaga, Spain.

Equally enticing as westbound sailings, including a 24-night Malaga to St. Maarten adventure, a 28-night journey between Cannes, France and Barbados, and a 15-night sailing from the Canary Islands to St. Maarten.
