WestJet Encore’s network expands with new Nashville flights

CALGARY — WestJet’s new service to Nashville is up and running, making the Tennessee capital the second U.S. destination for WestJet Encore. This summer WestJet and WestJet Encore will operate more than 120 flights per day from Toronto including new services to Los Angeles, Boston and London (Gatwick).

Flight 3650 took off this morning for Nashville from Toronto Pearson International Airport. “Our schedule and connectivity to Nashville out of Toronto, combined with our low fares and caring service, provides a convenient option for those travelling to visit the area whether for leisure or business,” said WestJet Encore President, Ferio Pugliese. “This newest destination is further proof of WestJet’s continued commitment to providing more travel options and liberating Canadians, and Americans, from the high cost of air travel. We look forward to serving Music City, U.S.A.”

The five times weekly service is operated on Canadian-made Bombardier Q400 turboprop aircraft. Flights depart Toronto at 9:30 a.m., arriving in Nashville at 10:38 a.m. On the return, flights depart Nashville at 11:35 a.m. and arrive at 2:45 p.m. Introductory fares are available until June 19.
