Four Seasons to manage luxury seaside resort on Anguilla

TORONTO — Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is taking over management of a luxury seaside resort on the Caribbean island of Anguilla, the company said Wednesday.

The Viceroy Anguilla will be renamed the Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Anguilla and reopen in October following its annual summer closure.

Toronto-based Four Seasons, which operates hotels and resorts around the world, said it will make additional improvements to what it described as already a “magnificent property,” owned by funds affiliated with Starwood Capital Group.

The resort, with 166 accommodations including guest rooms, villas and private residences, occupies 975 metres of beachfront on Anguilla’s northwestern shore.
