Snowbird Advisor is seeking a Manager – Travel Partnerships!
Snowbird Advisor is Canada’s leading one-stop resource for snowbirds who spend their winters in warm weather destinations, providing our audience with tips, tools, information, resources and services covering a wide range of topics related to the snowbird lifestyle, including travel, destinations, accommodations, travel insurance, real estate, finances, tax & legal and more.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Manager – Travel Partnerships to take over our established partnership program, working primarily with Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs), as well as other travel (airlines, accommodation providers, cruise lines, travel agencies, tour operators, etc.) and non-travel partners to promote their destinations and services to Canadian snowbirds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Secure annual partnership renewals with existing destination & travel partners. Prospect for new destination & travel partners and secure new partnerships.
- Account Management: Manage all destination & travel partner relationships, including onboarding, renewals, contracts, invoicing, renewals, updates, assets and content.
- Content Management: Manage and monitor destination and travel partner content, including destinations guides, editorials, email placements, banner ads and social media posts.
- Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports for destination and travel partner campaigns.
Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous travel industry experience working externally or internally with Destination Marketing Organizations in a sales or marketing capacity is preferred.
- Digital sales, marketing and destination partnership experience.
- Account management experience.
- Content management experience.
- Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, social media platforms, campaign performance tracking software, website content management systems.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn other technologies, including Google Docs and Sheets, Display Advertising Management software, CRM tools, AI tools and Digital Signature platforms.
- Must be an organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, self-starter.
Type of Role:
Part-time, Independent Contractor (approximately 25 hours per week on average).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation Range: $50,000 – $100,000+ annually (combination of fixed monthly income + sales commission).
- Flexible hours.
- Remote work.
