Five U.S. routes impacted by Air Canada’s latest network changes: report

MONTREAL — Air Canada is making more network adjustments in the face of record high jet fuel costs and ever-changing operating conditions.

The airline has reportedly removed four summer seasonal routes from future schedules, according to Ailevon Pacific.

Those routes include: Vancouver-Nashville; Vancouver-Raleigh, NC; Toronto-Charleston, SC; and Montreal-Seattle.

Air Canada has also reportedly suspended its Boston flights out of Billy Bishop Airport from December 2026 onward.

The news comes as Air Canada expands its transborder network with other routes for summer 2027, with new offerings from Toronto, Montreal and Edmonton, plus Air Canada’s joint venture partner United Airlines is adding service to several more Canadian cities.
