Cosentino joins ACV as head of product development

TORONTO — Rose Cosentino has joined Air Canada Vacations as the company’s head of product development.

ACV brought Cosentino onboard effective June 8, ACV’s VP, Nino Montagese, told Travelweek. Cosentino takes the reins from Dina Bertolo.

With years of experience on both the hotels and resorts side as well as travel retail, Cosentino landed at ACV after close to a dozen years with Playa Hotels & Resorts. Hired as Playa’s Director, Canada in 2015, she took on the role of VP, Sales – Canada in 2017 before adding Eurasia to her portfolio in 2021. In 2023 she was named VP, Global Wholesale & Retail Sales.

Before she joined Playa, Cosentino was VP, sales and product at itravel2000 and also worked as GM for Huntington Travel for several years.
