TORONTO — Flair Vacations is gearing up for its fall 2026 launch with announcements of three key hires.
Lindsay Watkinson has joined the new tour operator as Director of Commercial Operations. Nadia Granata is now Director of Marketing, and Rares Dumitru is Director of Business Development & Partnerships.
Flair Vacations’ President, Nicole Bursey, says the appointments mark an important milestone as the company prepares for its debut. Bursey joined as President this past May.
“As we prepare to launch Flair Vacations, we’re building a leadership team with deep industry expertise and strong relationships,” says Bursey. “The team brings the experience, credibility and commercial leadership that will help us establish Flair Vacations as a trusted choice for Canadian travellers and travel advisors.”
The tour operator’s first sun destinations will include Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Cana and Montego Bay. A new fifth sun destination will be announced in the coming weeks.
Watkinson joined Flair Vacations last month after nearly 19 years at Transat, where she most recently served as Sales Manager for Ontario, Atlantic Canada and Western Canada. Granata meanwhile brings more than 15 years of travel marketing experience, most recently as a Senior Marketing Manager with SellOffVacations and Sunwing Travel Group. Dumitru brings more than 15 years of experience in travel sales and partnerships, most recently at Goway Travel and has held senior roles with Rail Europe, Kensington Tours and Trafalgar Tours.
Together the three new hires bring more than 50 years of combined travel industry experience to the new tour operator.
