MONTRÉAL — Air Canada Vacations has added two new key account managers to its sales team, with Alisa Stephenson taking on a portfolio in British Columbia and Brian Paivo covering Toronto West.

Stephenson will manage Burnaby, Tri-Cities, Fraser Valley, Okanagan and Northern British Columbia. She brings experience in leisure and corporate travel management, sales and business development, along with more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience. Being raised in Tokyo within an international school community has given her an appreciation for different cultures and perspectives, says ACV.

Paivo joins the team as Key Account Manager for Toronto West, bringing more than 15 years of experience in sales, customer experience, insurance, tourism operations and partner management. His background includes business development and strategic partnership roles in Canadian and international markets. He also served as the Honorary Consul of Canada in Varadero, Cuba, supporting Canadian citizens abroad and fostering diplomatic and community relationships.
