TICO seeks registrant feedback on its Consumer Awareness Campaign

TICO seeks registrant feedback on its Consumer Awareness CampaignTORONTO — TICO has sent a quick online survey to all registrants seeking views on its Consumer Awareness Campaign.

As an incentive, TICO ‘ReturnMoi’ Tags will be sent to the first 50 respondents who  complete the survey and request the tags. This unique item will assist you should you ever lose your cell phone or lugagge.

If it’s found, ReturnMoi will take the steps to have it safely returned to you from anywhere in the world at no charge to you and reward the finder for their help compliments of TICO.

“TICO registrants play an important role in TICO’s message to consumers and obtaining registrant feedback to increase consumer awareness is crucial,” says Michael Pepper, TICO President and CEO. “Consumers making holiday arrangements have a choice: they can book through a TICO- registered travel agent and have the cost of their travel services protected, or they can put their hard-earned vacation dollars at risk and book with someone else.”

TICO’s Consumer Awareness Campaign was launched in April of 2013 with a new television and radio commercial promoting to consumers the benefits of booking their travel services with a registered Ontario travel agency.

TICO registrants are encouraged to provide their views and take a moment to complete this brief online survey by Thursday Dec. 19, 2013.

The survey is available at:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/tico-regsurvey-dec2013.
