MONTREAL — With an updated familiarization trip report model under its belt, Transat Distribution Canada (TDC) now offers travel agents easily accessible content according to travel category.
A valuable resource for agents, fam reports are used to collect quality content to inform clients and contribute an agent’s own knowledge and experiences in the field.
With TDC’s new model, this content is now targeted by travel categories, including Land Portions, Guided Tours and Cruises, as well as by Destination.
“The owners and directors of Club Voyages and Voyages en Liberté are delighted to begin using this new reporting model, knowing how this tool will help them promote sales of Transat products and those of preferred network suppliers,” said Danielle Durocher, Director of Operations and Member Services, TDC. “All consultants can now share their knowledge, and that’s the strength of the network! By pooling our know-how across the network, we are better able to advise our customers and provide them with unparalleled travel experiences.”
