TAMPA — Hotel Alba, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, has opened its doors as the first Tapestry Collection hotel in Florida.

Joining Tampa’s growing Westshore business district, Hotel Alba Tampa combines modern accommodation with contemporary meeting and event spaces.

“We are excited to introduce Hotel Alba to the Tampa lodging market,” said Andrew Sims, Chief Executive Officer at Sotherly Hotels. “As the latest addition to Sotherly Hotels’ collection of boutique properties, we believe Hotel Alba will bring our guests the best of both worlds – upscale amenities and authentic local experiences.”

As the first property in Florida to join the Tapestry Collection by Hilton portfolio, Hotel Alba provides guests with a uniquely local experience in the Westshore business district, adds Sims. Each of the 222 guest rooms, described as residential-style, has been fully renovated.
