Luxury Gold’s 2020 Americas collection makes its debut

TORONTO — Luxury Gold has unveiled its 2020 Americas ‘mini-magazine’ with 12 journeys throughout North and South America.

The collection includes some of the brand’s most popular journeys such as Majesty of the Rockies, Treasures of the Incas, and Indulgence in Eastern Canada, as well as three brand new journeys to Colombia, Ecuador and Canada & the USA.

Also new, Luxury Gold is also offering recently enhanced journeys and six itineraries with Chairman’s Collection VIP experiences on select departures.

Clients can book early and take advantage of the popular Early Payment Discount, offering savings of 10% if they book and pay in full by Dec. 18, 2019.

Past guests of Luxury Gold and sister companies can get a 5% Past Guest Discount off all trips until Aug. 3, 2019 in addition to the Early Payment Discount.

10-day ‘Art, Culture & Cuisine of Colombia’

With Luxury Gold’s VIP Experiences, clients on this trip get a private, before-hours guided tour of the Gold Museum (Museo del Oro) in Bogotá and an after-hours guided visit to the Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral. On select departures, guests will enjoy a Chairman’s Collection VIP experience by meeting ‘The Sound of Things Falling’ author, Juan Gabriel Vasquez, whose book has been shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize.

5-day ‘Treasures of the Incas with ME to WE Extension to Ecuador’ extension

Travellers can choose to extend their ‘Treasures of the Incas’ journey to Peru with a unique visit to the Amazon. On this 5-day expedition through the Amazon jungle, clients explore Ecuador’s lush landscapes and vibrant culture while staying at the Minga Lodge. A jungle walk leads clients to the nearby community, where they will help build local infrastructure as part of a WE Village’s development project.

10-day ‘Vibrant Eastern Canada & the USA’

Clients journey from Montreal to New York City with a special stop at Confiturerie Tigidou in l’Île d’Orléans to meet knowledgeable locals who make the region’s famous jam. In Quebec’s Eastern Townships and Le Vignoble Le Cep d’Argent guests can indulge in a Luxury Gold VIP Experience within the world of Champagne and learn about the controversy of differentiating Champagne from sparkling wine. Clients journey on to New Hampshire and take in the best views of fall foliage. Accommodation is in five-star hotels like the luxurious Essex House in New York City with its Art Deco-inspired decor located adjacent to Central Park.
