TAAG Angola Airlines launches business development program in Canada, reaches out to Canadian agencies

TORONTO — APG – Air Promotion Group, the North American representative for TAAG-Angola Airlines (DT), has launched a new business development program for the airline in Canada.

APG’s Director in Canada, Karl Muller, says “Angola is one of Canada’s most important trading partners in the sub-Saharan African region. The airline clearly understands the needs and demands for travellers from Canada and with TAAG contacts now available in Canada, will make it easier than ever to book the airline and travel to Angola.”

Seeking to help travel agents and travelers alike find the easiest and most direct ways to fly to Angola, TAAG Angola Airlines has developed a new business development plan centred on customer service. Now, travel agents and consumers can touch base with sales representatives in Canada and get real time answers, said Muller.

“That for the Canadian market, especially in the energy and infrastructure sectors, there is a need for expediency in handling queries and helping make reservations. We understand that there are many corporate agencies and TMC’s that handle the travel requirements for Angolan bound clients. Our new business development plan will assure them of quality and timely service for all of their travel needs.”

TAAG Angolan Airlines is a Skytrax 3-Star awarded carrier, and can be ticketed via BSP Canada for both business and economy class service with all major credit cards being accepted. Bookings can be made through standard GDS platforms.
