Sunwing reintroduces summer domestic schedule in time for Canada’s birthday

TORONTO — In honour of Canada’s upcoming 150th birthday, Sunwing is reintroducing its popular domestic summer flight schedule for the 12th consecutive season.

According to the company, being able to easily travel within Canada will allow clients to fully explore Canada’s diverse natural wonders. And sweetening the deal even further is Parks Canada’s offer of free admission to all national parks during this special anniversary year.

Daily flights will be available between Toronto and Vancouver from May 16 until Sept. 6. Getting to Newfoundland from Toronto will be just as easy with Sunwing’s regular flights to three of the province’s airports: Monday to Friday flights to St. Johns from June 14 to Sept. 6; weekly flights on Wednesdays to Stephenville during the same time window; and twice-weekly flights on Tuesdays and Fridays to Gander from June 16 to Sept.5.

Customers can look forward to award-winning Champagne Service, which features a complimentary, tea and coffee and non-alcoholic beverage service along with a buy on board menu of light meals and snacks inspired by Food Network Canada Celebrity Chef, Lynn Crawford as they fly from coast to coast.
