TORONTO — Now on sale, Sunquest is unveiling its 2014 long-duration ‘Golden Mediterranean Odysseys’ cruise program aboard MSC Fantasia.

Featuring three options, with prices starting from $2,499 per person, clients can choose between a 17- or 19-day itinerary. Each itinerary includes roundtrip air from Toronto to Rome on Alitalia, an 11-night Eastern or Western Mediterranean cruise starting in Rome, city tour(s) and dinner(s), hotel stays and pre- or post-cruise tours.

Here’s what’s available:

• Option 1 (19 days/17 nights) departs Toronto on Feb. 8, 2014, flying into Rome where clients will immediately embark on an 11-night Western Med cruise that visits Italy, Spain, Morocco and Portugal. After that they enjoy a six-night post-cruise tour in Sorrento and Rome with city tours and dinners before returning home. Cost: $2,599-$2,899 plus tax per person.
• Option 2 (17 days/15 nights) departs Toronto on Feb. 19, 2014, flying into Rome for an 11-night Eastern Med cruise that stops in ports in Italy, Greece and Israel. This is followed by a four-night post-cruise tour in Rome with city tour and dinner before returning to Toronto. Cost: $2,249-$2,499 plus tax per person.
• Option 3 (17 days/15 nights) departs Toronto on March 20, 2014, and travels to Florence (via Rome) where clients enjoy a four-night pre-cruise tour of the region (Siena, Chianti and Florence) with city tours and dinners before embarking on their 11-night Western Med cruise and then home. Cost: $2,349-$2,599 plus tax per person.
