ACTA unveils 2026-2027 Board of Directors

TORONTO — ACTA has announced its 2026-2027 Board of Directors following its Annual General Meeting held on May 26, 2026.

The newly appointed Board includes representatives from across Canada, reflecting ACTA’s continued focus on national representation and industry leadership.

The 2026-2027 ACTA Board of Directors includes:

  • Gary Gaudry, Atlantic Region – Treasurer
  • Serge H. Malaison, Québec – Secretary
  • Monica Johnstone, CTC, Ontario – Chair
  • Melanie Carter, CTM, Manitoba and Nunavut – Vice-Chair
  • Heather Calvert, Saskatchewan
  • Peter Keyter, Alberta and Northwest Territories
  • Mark Greenwood, British Columbia and Yukon
  • Brian Robertson, Director at Large
  • Zeina Gedeon, Director at Large
  • Rocky Racco, ACTA Appointed Director
  • Michael Johnson, ACTA Appointed Director
  • Lyne Côté, ACTA Appointed Director

The Board also elected its Executive Committee for the 2026-2027 term, consisting of Monica Johnstone as Chair, Melanie Carter as Vice-Chair, Gary Gaudry as Treasurer and Serge H. Malaison as Secretary.

ACTA also acknowledged the contributions of its outgoing Board members, thanking them for their leadership and service in supporting both the association and the broader Canadian travel industry.

Looking ahead, the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet in June 2026 for strategic planning discussions focused on establishing ACTA’s 2027-2029 priorities, organizational objectives and future initiatives aimed at supporting ACTA members and advancing the travel advisor community across Canada.
