TORONTO — Rail Europe has several new promotions this winter including 20% off the France Rail Pass, 20% off selected German Rail Passes, 20% off Standard Premier Eurostar tickets and free extra train travel days on Eurail passes including Global, Select and One-Country Passes.
FRANCE RAIL PASS
The France Rail Pass provides travelers with extensive travel on the national rail network of France. Between now and March 31, 2016, travellers will receive 20% off their choice of pass: a continuous-day pass for two, four, five, eight or 15 travel days; or a flexi pass offering choice of one to nine days within a one month period or 15 days within a two month period.
The France Rail Pass offers bonus discounts on city passes and other activities, and also offers free travel for up to two children (ages four – 11) with each adult and senior, allowing travelers to make the most of their family vacations.
Bookings of a France Rail Pass made through 5 p.m. ET on March 30 will be eligible for the 20% off discount. The offer is available for first and second class Adult, Saver, Youth and Senior Passes.
GERMAN RAIL PASS
The German Rail Pass provides extensive travel on the national German rail network. Between now and March 30 travellers can receive 20% off their choice of seven flexible travel days within a one month period, or seven consecutive travel days. Reservations are also not required on most German trains, and the Pass now covers travel to popular destinations in Belgium, Italy, Austria and the Czech Republic, without additional country passes or tickets.
The German Rail Pass offers free travel for up to two children (ages six – 11) with each adult, allowing travellers to make the most of their family vacations.
Bookings of a German Rail Pass made through 5 p.m. ET on March 30 will be eligible for the 20% off discount. Valid for travel through May 31. Offer is available for the seven day consecutive and seven day within a one-month period, first and second class Adult, Child and Twin Passes.
EUROSTAR
Between Feb. 16 and March 29 clients can get 20% off Eurostar Standard Premier (first class) tickets. Eurostar Standard Premier tickets are good between London and Paris, Brussels, Lyon, Avignon or Marseille and passengers connect with rail services to over 100 destinations across Europe.
Eurostar Standard Premier tickets show under ‘Comfort’ on the Rail Europe websites. The Eurostar 20% savings offer is valid for bookings of select Standard Premier tickets made from Feb. 16 through 5 p.m. ET on March 29. Some blackout dates apply.
EURAIL
Between now and April 29 travellers can receive the following free train travel days across the Eurail Pass portfolio of products:
Eurail Global Pass Continuous:
- Purchase 15 days, receive two extra train travel days
- Purchase 22 days, receive two extra train travel days
- Purchase one month, receive five extra train travel days
Eurail Global Pass Flexi:
- Purchase five days within one month, receive one extra train travel day
- Purchase seven days within one month, receive one extra train travel day
- Purchase 10 days within two months, receive two extra train travel days
- Purchase 15 days within two months, receive two extra train travel days
Eurail Three Country Select Pass and Eurail Four Country Select Pass:
- Purchase five, six, eight or 10 days within two months, receive one extra train travel day
Eurail Two Country Select Pass:
- Purchase four, five, six, eight or 10 days within two months, receive one extra train travel day
Eurail One Country Pass:
