Nassau Paradise Island reinstates Canlink as Canadian representative

NASSAU — The Nassau Paradise Island Promotion Board (NPIPB) has reinstated its partnership with Canlink Travel to expand its marketing and sales efforts in Canada.

Responsible for promoting the hotels, resorts, restaurants and experiences of Nassau Paradise Island in The Bahamas, NPIPB will work with Canlink to position the destination as a first-rate option for a variety of Canadian travellers.

Said Joy Jibrilu, CEO of NPIPB: “We are thrilled to be working with Canlink to increase recognition of Nassau Paradise Island and our partner properties in Canada. Since joining the promotion board at the beginning of 2023, it has been a priority of mine to increase our efforts in the Canadian market. Canlink was such a valuable partner to the board prior to the pandemic, so we are delighted to be able to work with them again and look forward to renewing our partnership with their outstanding team of experts.”

Canlink President Elaine Carnegie, who founded the company in 1994, added: “We are delighted to revamp our partnership with the Nassau Paradise Island Promotion Board as they begin to expand their efforts in Canada. The promotion board has been one of our valued partners over the years and we are excited to be able to be working with them again, tapping into our network of travel agencies, incentive houses, meeting planners and tour operators to drive visits to the beautiful island destination.”
