Mexico Grand Hotels opens new boutique resort in Los Cabos

CABO SAN LUCAS — There’s a new boutique resort that overlooks the shores of Los Cabos, one that blends Mexican décor with ultra-luxe amenities.

Mexico Grand Hotels, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary, has soft-opened its newest property, Vista Encantada Spa Resort & Residences. Situated on a seaside bluff overlooking Land’s End, the resort features 37 spacious suites, 24-hour butler service, 24-hour room service and, for the ultimate foodie, private Chef service.

One- to four-bedroom suites come with a private balcony, a living area with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen, cable/satellite TV, minibar that’s restocked daily and more. Two-, three- and four-bedroom suites also feature a private plunge pool and grilling area.

Other top-selling points include the Sky Gym, the rooftop Sky Pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi with unobstructed 360-degree views, and the Milagro Wellness Spa featuring five treatment rooms (including one for couples), a therapy pool, sauna, steam room, fitness centre and juice bar.

As for dining, on-site culinary concepts include Signature Restaurant Mestizo del Mar where guests can enjoy traditional Mexican cuisine with a contemporary twist, and El Atico Rooftop & Pool Bar, which serves an array of poolside favourites and refreshing cocktails. There’s also Fresco Juice Bar, and Lola Mia Deli.

Additionally, guests have access to Los Riscos, Las Marias Restaurant, Barolo Cucina Italiana, La Trajinera Restaurant, and El Eden Tequila & Taco Bar at Hacienda Encantada.
