Any time a country or region imposes any sort of visa stipulation - even if it’s a waiver - the travel industry sighs a collective groan, knowing the obstacles and headaches to come.
TORONTO — Trafalgar has announced a new Sales Manager for British Columbia & Yukon.
Xenia Slosarcikova, who brings with her over eight years of international work experience focusing on marketing and sales in travel, tourism and hospitality, will be covering a six-month paternity leave for Oben Sert.
Prior to her new role, she worked for a luxury tour operator in the United Kingdom, travel retailers in Europe and Canada, luxury resorts in Mexico and, most recently, as a Sales and Marketing Manager for a hotel chain in downtown Vancouver.
On joining the Trafalgar team, Slosarcikova said: “My lifelong passion for travel has led me to Trafalgar and its wonderful team of dedicated travel professionals. I look forward to connecting our industry partners and travel agents to the most iconic moments that anyone can only experience on Trafalgar itineraries. The world is a wonderful and inspiring place, so who better to explore it with than the world’s leading travel brand?”
Anita Emilio, Vice President of Sales, Trafalgar Canada, welcomed Slosarcikova to the team. “We are very delighted to have Xenia join our Trafalgar and Costsaver tribe in the Canadian market and our continued #AgentsFirst commitment. Xenia brings a wealth of knowledge to the travel industry and we know she will be a tremendous asset to our loyal agents in the British Columbia & Yukon area during Oben’s paternity leave.”
