Maher Jaber and Global Sports Management Group Inc. (Global Sports) have each been charged with one count of operating as a travel retailer without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002. Jaber and Global Sports offered travel services in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario. A court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 28, 2014 at 9 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, 70 Centre Avenue, Toronto, Courtroom C6.
