KLM Specialist Program launches with three chances to win pairs of tickets

TORONTO — The KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Specialist Program has launched on Travelweek’s Learning Centre giving agents the chance to win one of three pairs of airline tickets anywhere KLM flies.

Winners will be drawn, one per month in November, December and January.

“We feel this Specialist course will give agents all the essential information on what is unique to KLM products and the inflight experience. This is also a great opportunity to refresh travel agents on KLM’s trademarks like the Delftware houses given as exclusive gifts to World Business Class passengers and free stopovers for their customers flying beyond Amsterdam,” says Femke Kroese, Air France – KLM Commercial Director Canada.

Learn about KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, one of the most renowned airlines in the world with a worldwide network. KLM is based in the Netherlands and is the oldest airline still operating under its original name. It has over 1,300 daily departures and carries almost 30 million passengers annually.

KLM has been present in Canada since 1949 and has five of KLM’s 67 intercontinental destinations. It now serves Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver and newly-added Edmonton.

In the KLM Specialist Program agents will learn about Canadian gateways, flight frequencies, seat classes, international hubs, mobile apps and much more. This course will provide the travel agent with everything they need to sell KLM to their clients.

“We designed this course as an easy hands-on guide for travel agents who know KLM as well as those not familiar with the brand and all that it offers through its partnerships such as code-shared operations with WestJet and the Delta-KLM-Air France-Alitalia joint venture,” continues Kroese.

The course is available in English at travelweeklearningcentre.com, and in French at lecentredapprentissage.ca.
