TORONTO — Travel Professional International (TPI) has announced the appointment of Caroline Hay as Director of Sales in Ontario, effective immediately.

Based in the Greater Toronto Area, Hay will report directly to Zeina Gedeon, Chief Executive Officer, and be responsible for all sales channels while ensuring continued growth of the organization’s member-based business.

She brings with her over 24 years of experience in travel industry sales and business development, previously holding roles with Expedia CruiseShipCenters, Princess Cruises and, most recently, with TPI in the marketing department.
