TORONTO — Blue Wave Marketing, headed up by Managing Director Suzanne Fleming, has been appointed outside sales representative in Canada for Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa and Serenity at Coconut Bay.
After not having a permanent presence for almost two years in the Canadian market, Blue Wave Marketing will conduct agency visits and training, tour operator training and represent both resorts at consumer and trade events, says Mark Adams, President of Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa and Serenity at Coconut Bay.

Fleming has over 20 years’ experience in this sector of the travel industry working closely with Canadian tour operators and agents increasing brand awareness and driving business for hotels and resorts.
For the past three years she was the Business Solutions Manager with TL Network Canada, working closely with member agencies and agents. She was also National Accounts Manager, Canada for Couples Resorts, and for 17 years she was Director of Sales, Canada for SuperClubs Resorts.
In addition to bringing Blue Wave Marketing onboard, Adams says the resorts will be launching new trade incentives for Canadian travel partners for the 2019-2020 winter season.
