Dominica’s Anichi Resort and Spa now in construction

LONDON — Construction is well underway on Dominica’s newest luxury resort, the Anichi Resort and Spa.

Operating under Marriott’s exclusive Autograph Collection, the 128-room resort promises to transform Dominica’s tourism sector and boost local employment. Upon completion, it will offer a lagoon swimming pool, infinity pool, world-class restaurants, a business centre and more.

Under Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme, investors also have the opportunity to purchase either preferred or freehold shares as well as second citizenship.

In addition to Anichi, Dominica is currently constructing several other luxury properties from hotelier giants like Hilton while at the same time expanding its boutique villas, all of which are included under the CBI program. This strategy has positioned the island as a top eco-luxury destination, particularly as each of these properties is built with sustainability in mind.

“Thanks to the real estate arm of the Citizenship by Investment Programme, Dominica is becoming increasingly known for its luxury tourism offering,” said Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit. “Under the Citizenship by Investment Programme, investors looking to expand their real estate portfolio have the opportunity to invest in established luxury hotel brands and villas.”

An opening date for Anichi Resort and Spa has yet to be announced.
