Costa’s new sale includes up to $200 off plus onboard spending credits

MIAMI — Costa Cruises has launched a ‘Back to Sea Sale’ that includes both fare discounts and spending credits per person.

Available on select European departures booked by Sept. 30, 2021, the sale offers discounts of either $100 or $200 per person (up to $400 per cabin) as well as an onboard spending credit of either $50 or $100 per person (up to $200 per cabin) that can be used for spa treatments, shore excursions, gift shop, specialty dining and more.

Back to Sea applies to new reservations only to 2021 and 2022 cruises in a variety of cabin categories across 10 ships of the Costa fleet, including the line’s newest, Costa Firenze, Costa Smeralda and Costa Toscana, which is set for delivery in December 2021.

“We have been anticipating our return to service and there’s no better way to say welcome back than with special savings and spending credits on some incredible itineraries in Europe,” said Scott Knutson, vice president of sales and marketing for Costa Cruises North America. ‘The Back to Sea Sale is our way of saying ‘grazie mille’ for booking with us and choosing to have a truly international cruise experience in a region that no one knows better than Costa.”

Eligible itineraries range from seven to 14 nights and include eastern and western Mediterranean, northern Europe and the United Arab Emirates. Guests can embark from a variety of ports such as Barcelona, Marseille, Venice, Civitavecchia, Trieste, Savona, Kiel (Germany), Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Copenhagen and Stockholm.
