CIE Tours’ Scotland sale includes savings of $300 per person

MORRISTOWN, NJ — CIE Tours has launched a new limited-time offer on guided vacations to Scotland.

The ‘Kick Up Your Kilt’ sale features savings of US$300 per person on bookings made between April 1-15, 2022. Travellers can choose from 11 different guided vacations that highlight the culture and cuisine of Scotland, ranging from eight-day tours to 16-day combination tours that also include Ireland, England and Wales.

“With its dramatic landscapes, fascinating history, legendary golf courses, magnificent castles, adorable ‘coos’ and even an elusive monster, Scotland is a destination that should be on every traveller’s must-visit list,” said CIE Tours’ Director of Marketing, Lisa Sands. “While August dates that include the popular Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo are usually excluded from promotions, CIE Tours has included these dates for 2022 in our Kick Up Your Kilt sale to make a vacation to Scotland for this year even more attractive.”

A sampling of guided vacations on sale include:

  • Scottish Dream: This eight-day itinerary has departures between March and October and visits Glasgow, Edinburgh, the Highlands, Skye and St Andrews. Highlights include Inveraray Castle, Culloden Battlefield, Glamis Castle and Loch Lomond.
  • Scottish Clans & Castles: Available as either a 10- or 11-day tour, this itinerary includes five nights spent in the Scottish Highlands and visits to five castles and a palace, including Eilean Donan, Dunvegan, Urquhart, Brodie and Holyroodhouse.
  • Scottish Isles & Glens: This 12-day tour takes visitors off the beaten path to Bute and the Isle of Sky. Guests will also spend two nights on Orkney to explore Skara Brae and the Ring of Brodgar, and visit Eilean Donan Castle, experience a sheepdog demo and enjoy a traditional Scottish evening.
