MONTREAL — Club Med has launched its interactive e-learning tool, Club Med University.
Designed for Canadian travel agents, the platform has been created to train, engage and reward travel advisors for becoming Club Med Specialists.
Extensive online training can be accessed at the agent’s convenience, with modules that they can complete at their own pace. Agents can also use the platform to learn about Club Med’s portfolio of resorts, full product offerings, all-inclusive formula and new booking engine, among other key brand learnings, says the all-inclusive pioneer.
Club Med University is also free to enroll for validated agents. Advisors receive loyalty points for every completed course, which will be redeemable for various perks including complimentary stays.
After five completed courses, advisors will be designated with the Club Med Specialist Certification. Once certified, agents will be entered into a draw for a chance to win two complimentary stays at a Club Med resort or a selection of gift cards. Successful advisors will also have the opportunity to participate in Club Med familiarization trips and get firsthand experience at one of the brand’s collection of global properties.
