TORONTO — Turkish Airlines is spreading its wings in Canada with additional frequencies that connect Istanbul with Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal.

Starting July 2026, the airline – which flies to more countries than any other airline – will offer seven weekly flights to Istanbul (IST) from Toronto (YYZ), four weekly flights from Vancouver (YVR), and four weekly flights from Montreal (YUL).

A new Saturday departure from Istanbul (TK17) and return from Toronto (TK18) will be added to Turkish Airlines’ existing Toronto schedule as of July 4–5, bringing its total weekly service to seven flights.

For Vancouver, an additional Sunday flight will be added to the YVR–IST route beginning July 5, increasing service to 4x/weekly. 

Meanwhile, a new Tuesday flight will be added to the Montreal–Istanbul route starting July 7, increasing weekly service to four flights.
