TORONTO — Capacity cuts and network adjustments continue as airlines navigate sky-high jet fuel costs.

The latest change impacts Air Canada’s flights to Ixtapa – Zihuatanejo. Aeroroutes has confirmed Sept. 2026 reports that Air Canada has cancelled its seasonal ZIH route out of Toronto. 

The route was scheduled to operate once weekly onboard Air Canada rouge from Oct. 29, 2026 to April 29, 2027.
