MONTREAL — Air Canada Vacations has launched The Jetz Experience, an Ultimate Escape, offering what it says is a new standard for luxury travel.
ACV’s Managing Director, Nino Montagnese, says the Jetz Experience also offers travel options for groups, as they can charter an Air Canada Jetz plane to create a personalized high-end vacation package for everything from weddings to family reunions to corporate conferences.

Nonstop flights start in December on select departure dates from Toronto to Cancun and Barbados, from Montreal to Barbados, and from Vancouver to Puerto Vallarta with connectors from 54 Canadian cities. Select departure dates include:
- Toronto to Cancún departing on Dec. 20, and 27, 2020
- Toronto to Barbados departing on Dec. 14, 21, and 28, 2020
- Montreal to Barbados departing on Dec. 18, 20, and 27, 2020
- Vancouver to Puerto Vallarta departing on Dec. 21, and 28, 2020

AT THE AIRPORT
Services include priority check-in and access to Maple Leaf Lounges, plus well-located boarding gate locations. Jetz aircraft have just 58 seats, so passengers get a quicker, more convenient boarding and deplaning experience, says Montagnese. Passengers can also take advantage of the two free checked bags policy.
ONBOARD
Jetz seats have a 42-49” seat pitch. There are also exclusive benefits offered onboard the Air Canada Jetz Airbus A319 aircraft, available on select routes to Cancún, Barbados and Puerto Vallarta. Jetz aircraft also offer group seating arrangements featuring four facing seats with a table in the middle.
AT DESTINATION
Private transfers in luxury vehicles take clients to exclusive hotels and resorts, where perks include added values such as room upgrades, complimentary services, exclusive discounts, and more. ACV says it is continuing to work with its trusted hotel partners to support the implementation of the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
ACV’s COVID-19 Coverage & Assistance Plan, available at no addition cost, is administered by Allianz Global Assistance. The plan is available for eligible travellers who book a vacation package to select destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean, for travel between Sept. 4, 2020, and April 30, 2021.
