Reflecting on our growth last year, we welcomed new members to our leadership team and expanded our community with enthusiastic agency owners.

- Workplace: A META-powered platform connecting our independent business globally, facilitating information sharing, supplier interactions, and travel updates at your fingertips.
- Independent Airfares Online (IAO): A web-based airline booking tool allowing non-GDS trained members to access exclusive in-house contracts and the ability book 24/7.
- Ticketing Support: Direct agreements with airlines reduce reliance on third-party consolidators, providing ticketing support for both GDS and non-GDS users via our IAO Support Team as well as after hours assistance for urgent files.
- Home: Launching in Q1 2024, this one-stop-shop platform offers personalized access to suppliers and systems tailored to your business needs.
- Helio: Access exclusive land agreements with popular hotel chains and family brands (Blue Roads Touring, Top Deck Travel, GOGO Vacations, Discova and more) through our Helio booking platform, creating custom FITs for thousands of destinations.
- TP Connects: Our NDC booking platform, a game-changer in 2023, is coming to North American members in 2024, ensuring the widest choice of airfares. Anticipating industry shifts, FCTG became a majority stakeholder of TP Connects in early 2022 and successfully introduced it to our Independent businesses in Australia and NZ in late 2023
