Insight Vacations, with over 30 years of doing business in Egypt, has resumed its tours for travellers to see the ancient sites such as Abu Simbil, the Temple of Luxor and the Great Pyramids of Giza. The inaugural tour, the Wonders of Egypt, is one of 12 tour options offered by Insight Vacations.

The tour starts at the Cairo Marriott Hotel, located on Gezira Island in the middle of the Nile River and in the center of Cairo. The hotel was formerly the Gezirah Palace, built by Sultan Ismail to entertain foreign guests coming to Egypt for the opening of the Suez Canal in 1869.
