TORONTO — Visit Orlando and its major tourism partners are hitting the road next month for a series of events in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal (Laval).

The 2019 Visit Orlando Sales Mission will provide travel professionals with information on what’s new and coming soon, the new collection of sales tools available on the re-designed Orlando Travel Academy and the advantages of becoming an Orlando Travel Expert.

Attendees will also have the chance to meet NASA astronaut/author Dr. Don Thomas, who will be representing Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and signing autographs at each event.

The evening will begin with a trade show featuring Orlando suppliers including Walt Disney World Parks & Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, as well as key hotel, attraction and transportation partners. Canada’s major tour operators will also be in attendance highlighting their Orlando offerings.

. Oct 1 – Toronto (Paramount event space in Vaughan, ON)

. Oct. 2 – Ottawa (Sheraton Ottawa Hotel)

. Oct. 3 – Montreal (Le Chateau Royal)

An “overwhelming response” to the shows has resulted in a sold-out Toronto event, says reps. Agents are welcome to join the waiting list.
