Air France in the spotlight with its Air France TIFF Lounge

TORONTO — Air France was in the spotlight last week with its Air France TIFF Lounge, right in the heart of Festival Street at the Toronto International Film Festival.

For the third straight year Air France is TIFF’s official airline. “We are very proud of our ongoing partnership with TIFF and to be able to deliver an experience inspired by Air France’s passenger lounge facilities,” said Vincent Etchebehere, Vice President and General Manager, Air France KLM Canada.

The Air France TIFF Lounge, at the corner of King and Simcoe in downtown Toronto, where TIFF movies are premiering through Sept. 15, was set up to offer the look and feel of an airport passenger lounge, complete with Air France’s Business Class mini pastries and non-alcoholic sparkling wine or coffee. There was also a chance to win a Canada-Paris tickets in Business Class.

Air France currently operates 10 weekly flights to Paris CDG from Toronto. Starting Oct. 27, the airline will offer one daily flight for its winter schedule while introducing its first Airbus A350.
