Collette launches new training module focused on Small Group Explorations tours

MISSISSAUGA — Collette has launched a new advisor training module through its Collette University 201 program, designed to help travel advisors better position and sell the company’s Small Group Explorations tours.

Available now, the latest module provides advisors with an in-depth look at what sets the Explorations product line apart and how to match the right clients with the immersive small group experiences.

First introduced in 2008, Small Group Explorations was developed to meet growing demand from travellers seeking deeper cultural connections, meaningful local interactions and a slower, more intentional pace of travel. The tours are capped at 24 travellers and focus on experiences that are often not possible with larger groups.

“This expanded learning opportunity is really about giving advisors the context and confidence to recommend Explorations to the travellers who are the best fit,” said Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, President and CEO of Collette. “When you understand the traveller’s mindset and what experience may fit them best, it leads to happier clients and stronger repeat business.”

The Explorations module is now live on Collette University. Advisors who complete the training can also download a takeaway sheet and continue discussions through the Travel Advisor Network on Facebook.
