VoX International adds Guadeloupe Islands to client portfolio

TORONTO — VoX International has announced that the Guadeloupe Islands, a premier French Caribbean destination, have joined its roster of clients.

The Toronto-based agency will oversee strategic public relations and travel trade and consumer marketing initiatives to boost awareness of the archipelago among Canadian travellers and industry professionals.

Known for its pristine beaches, lush rainforests and vibrant Creole culture, the Guadeloupe Islands offer visitors a captivating blend of natural beauty, adventure and authentic Caribbean charm. The destination is celebrated for its rich biodiversity, distinctive culinary traditions and lively local festivals that showcase the warmth and spirit of the islands’ people.

“The Guadeloupe Islands are a truly special destination in the French Caribbean,” said Susan Webb, President of VoX International. “We look forward to collaborating with our Canadian media and travel trade partners to shine a spotlight on the Guadeloupe Islands and inspire more Canadian travellers to choose this incredible Caribbean destination for their next getaway.”

The partnership coincides with new flight options that make the Guadeloupe Islands more accessible to Canadians. Air Canada will launch a new weekly nonstop flight from Toronto to the islands, operating from Dec. 20, 2025, to April 30, 2026. Nonstop flights are also available from Montreal with Air Canada, Air France and Air Transat during the winter season, while Air Transat will debut service from Quebec City beginning Feb. 18, 2026. Travellers can reach the islands in roughly five hours from Toronto, Montreal or Quebec City.

“The Guadeloupe Islands are delighted to join forces with VoX International, leveraging their expertise in tourism marketing and public relations in the Canadian travel industry, to introduce Ontario travellers to the unforgettable charm and warmth of the Guadeloupe Islands. We are also reinforcing and deepening our relationship with the Quebec region,” said Rodrigue Solitude, Chief Executive Officer of the Guadeloupe Islands Tourism Board.

VoX’s account team for the Guadeloupe Islands will include Anchita Singla, PR Executive, who will lead public relations efforts; Erin Oddleifson, Director of Marketing and Client Services, overseeing consumer marketing strategy; and Carla D’Andrea, who will head up travel trade sales for the destination.
