Experience Kissimmee brings the sunshine for Toronto reception

TORONTO — Toronto looked a whole lot sunnier yesterday thanks to Experience Kissimmee, which hosted its first in-market visit since the start of the pandemic.

Taking place at 130 Queens Quay East, where Vox International has offices, the outdoor rooftop reception welcomed a small group of industry partners, travel advisors and media who learned all about Kissimmee’s new offerings. COVID-19 protocols, including social distancing, were implemented to ensure the safety of all those in attendance.

Among the destination’s many upcoming draws include Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebrations, which kick off Oct. 1 and run for a full 18 months. Also not to be missed is IPW 2022 taking place next year in Orlando.

DT Minich, President and CEO of Experience Kissimmee, also highlighted a new feature on the organization’s website, launched in collaboration with AdventHealth, that provides up-to-date, in-destination safety measures for visitors.
