Kyle Gaspari has been charged with one count of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002. Gaspari operated as Executive Sports Company in Burlington and elsewhere in Ontario. The next court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 18, 2014 at 9 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, 2051 Plains Road East, Burlington.
