SWITZERLAND — Reunited and it feels so good! A woman was recently reunited with the two lions she raised as cubs, proving that time and distance definitely make the heart grow fonder.

The woman, whose identity remains unknown, hand-reared the big cats from an early age. Eventually, when they grew too big for her to handle, she gave them up to a local zoo in Switzerland.

Now, seven years later, she has returned to the zoo to see her beloved cubs, who instantly recognized her and devoured her with hugs and kisses! What a joyful way to end the week – Happy Friday!
