Uniworld joins TTC Agent Academy on single e-learning site

TORONTO — Uniworld University advisor education content has been moved to the TTC Agent Academy, now serving as the single source e-learning platform for all brands under The Travel Corporation (TTC) umbrella, including Trafalgar, Contiki and Insight Vacations.

Content for Uniworld University comprises both Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection and U by Uniworld.

Kristian Anderson, Uniworld’s SVP of Global Sales, says the move was designed to simplify and enhance agent education, offering a single sign-on to access all TTC brands and more engaging content including more videos and easy-to-digest slides.

“We are excited to join our sister brands on TTC Agent Academy. Not only does the new platform allow for a much more dynamic and engaging experience, but it puts all relevant content from background information on river cruising, destinations Uniworld sails to and ship features alongside information about other TTC brands that can elevate or expand an experience,” said Anderson.

Travel advisors will need to complete three modules on TTC Agent Academy in order to become a Uniworld River Cruise Specialist, including Uniworld University, U University and Uniworld & U – New for 2019.

Advisors will receive a certificate following the successful completion of each module.

Upon completion of all three modules, advisors will receive a Uniworld River Cruise Specialist diploma and an email with the option to download a badge to include in their e-signature.

Uniworld Specialists are entitled to travel benefits of up to 60% off standard Uniworld and U rates which can be found on TTC Agent Academy, Digizuite (Uniworld’s Digital Asset Library which requires a TA Login), and on Uniworld’s Advisor Resources landing page.

Advisors new to TTC Agent Academy can register at: https://ttc.com/agentacademy/registration or consult their local sales manager.
