Transat selling all-inclusive Cuba Cruise packages

MONTREAL — Transat is introducing new all-inclusive seven-night cruise packages sailing from Havana, Cuba aboard the boutique-sized Celestyal Crystal.

In partnership with Cuba Cruise by Celestyal Cruises, the exclusive packages include five immersive shore excursions, onboard meals, unlimited bar and beverage package, gratuities, transfers and roundtrip flights with Air Transat departing from major Canadian gateways.

Toronto departures start at $1,039 valid for Jan. 4 sailing, Standard Interior Category IB (plus taxes and fees of $515). Rates are subject to change.

To support Cuba Cruise’s 2015-2016 sailing schedule, Transat is adding additional nonstop flights on Mondays from both Toronto and Montreal to Havana to meet the Celestyal Crystal cruise vessel. Pre and post stays are also available from Transat and can be customized for any length of stay.

“The new all-inclusive air and cruise offer is one of the best deals in Caribbean cruising,” says Pythagoras Nagos, Vice President Sales, Celestyal Cruises. “The exceptional level of service and travel booking ease provided by Transat combined with Celestyal’s unrivalled reputation for offering authentic and personalized cruise experiences is a winning combination for travellers wanting to explore the real Cuba in comfort and style.”

Since 2012, Celestyal Cruises has operated cruises to Cuba with great success. In addition to the new all-inclusive air & cruise packages with Transat, the cruise line has launched a new Cuba Cruise itinerary for 2015-2016, which includes two full days in Havana and a new port of call, Maria La Gorda. The third season also features an extended sailing schedule, which means passengers have more opportunities to enjoy the unique immersion in Cuban culture.

The new all-inclusive air and cruise program from Transat begins Dec. 21, 2015 to April 11, 2016, with weekly departures from Havana every Monday. Cuba Cruise by Celestyal Cruises is the only all-inclusive cruise line to visit four Cuban ports: Havana, Maria La Gorda, Cienfuegos and Santiago de Cuba.
