TORONTO — Goway is set to bring together travel advisors, tourism boards, destination suppliers and industry experts for the launch of its inaugural Asia Forum this June in Toronto.
The new event, focused exclusively on the Asian travel market, will take place June 9 and is designed to provide travel professionals with destination insights, sales strategies and networking opportunities tied to Asia travel products.
Inspired by Goway’s long-running Africa & Middle East Gathering, the forum will feature more than 20 travel partners from across Asia, including suppliers representing destinations such as China, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam.
The event is free for travel advisors to attend.
Programming will include a full day of supplier presentations, expert-led panel discussions and networking sessions aimed at helping advisors grow their FIT and custom group travel businesses.
Among the scheduled sessions is a panel titled ‘Japan Unfiltered: Trends, challenges, and what travel advisors need to know about selling Japan’.
“The 2026 Goway Asia Forum has been a long time coming and I couldn’t be more excited to finally make it a reality,” said Moira Smith, VP Asia at Goway. “This inaugural event brings together an extraordinary lineup of suppliers from across Asia – a true reflection of the depth, diversity and quality that define Goway’s Asia portfolio. Whether you’re a seasoned Asia specialist or just beginning your professional journey, this event will change the way you sell the continent and craft dream vacations for globetrotters.”
In addition to the in-person Toronto event, Goway will also host a Virtual Forum on June 8 via Riverside FM for advisors unable to attend in person.
Registration for the Toronto event is now open to professional travel advisors. Click here to register.
Advisors can also stay updated on the virtual event through Goway’s private Facebook group for travel advisors and through GowayPro.com.
