Air Canada Vacations welcomes new Travel Advisory Board members

MONTRÉAL — Air Canada Vacations has welcomed a new group of travel advisors to its Travel Advisory Board (TAAB), while recognizing the contributions of outgoing members whose two-year term helped shape the company’s products, customer experience and advisor support.

The transition took place during a two-day event held June 17-18 at Air Canada Vacations’ Toronto office, where departing board members formally passed the baton to the incoming group.

The event included company updates, collaborative sessions and forward-looking discussions, followed by a recognition dinner honouring the outgoing board members. Participants also toured Air Canada’s System Operations Control (SOC), gaining insight into the operations that support Air Canada Vacations.

“Over the past two years, our Advisory Board members have brought forward invaluable perspectives that have directly influenced our evolution,” said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales at Air Canada Vacations. “We are incredibly grateful for their lasting impact.”

According to Air Canada Vacations, the newly appointed 13-member board brings together travel advisors from retail agencies, consortia and independent networks across Canada. During their term, board members will work closely with Air Canada Vacations teams by providing strategic input and helping shape future initiatives.
