The perks include:  a ‘Preferred Guest Program’ booklet filled with valuable discounts at the resort for your clients; and a special 50% discount on rooms (applied to the standard rack rate) for travel agents interested in staying at the resort in 2013 or 2014, based on availability.

The ‘Preferred Guest Program’ booklet, which is only provided to guests who have booked their stay through a travel agent, is filled with such coupons as: buy-one-get-one 50% off spa treatments at the resort’s world-class Spa; $5 off of the resort’s breakfast buffet; complimentary drink tickets redeemable at The Sunset Beach Bar & Grill, The Lobby Bar or Poolside; 20% discount on tennis at the resort’s award-winning Mary C. Watkins Tennis Center; and a 10% discount on greens fees on the resort’s 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course.

The booklet is available to those staying at the resort through Dec. 31, 2014.

Taking advantage of these special perks will enable you and/or your clients to experience the 125-acre resort, which is Southwest Florida’s only resort directly on the beach with an on-site championship golf course, world-class spa and award-winning tennis centre.

Located just blocks from Naples’ shopping districts of fashionable 5th Avenue South and historic 3rd Street South, the resort completed a $5 million renovation in January 2013, which followed $40 million spent by the resort over the last five years. The multi-phase project included the renovation and remodeling of the resort’s 317 guest rooms and suites, enhancements to the golf course, the renovation and expansion of The Sunset Beach Bar & Grill, and the addition (in 2010) of a beachfront pool complex (with two new pools, two whirlpools, a pool bar with food service, restrooms, locker facilities and a pool shop).

To take advantage of the special travel agent discounted rate, travel agents will need to ask for the discount upon making the reservation, and will need to show their IATA or CLIA card upon check-in. The offer is limited to one room per qualified agent, and is based on space availability.
