HAMILTON — Swoop has expanded its winter sun program with new nonstop service from Hamilton to Fort Lauderdale and Punta Cana.
Service from John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport (YHM) to Fort Lauderdale begins on Dec. 16, 2022, with one-way fares starting at $109. Nonstop flights from YHM to Punta Cana kicks off Jan. 11, 2023, with one-way fares starting at $199.
The new flights come on the heels of increased frequencies on Swoop’s existing sun routes from Hamilton, including more weekly flights to Cancun, Las Vegas, Orlando and St. Pete-Clearwater. In addition, several summer routes to Atlantic Canada saw such strong performance that the airline has extended service to year-round. Swoop will continue to operate nonstop flights from Hamilton to Moncton, NB (YQM) and St. John’s, NL (YYT) throughout the winter.
