TORONTO — Sunwing is returning to Val d’Or, Quebec this winter with direct flights to two of the tour operator’s most popular vacation destinations: Punta Cana and Holguin.

Sunwing will operate Monday flights to Punta Cana from Dec. 11, 2017 until April 16, 2018, and weekly Tuesday service to Holguin from Dec. 12, 2017 until April 17, 2018. Sunwing is the only leisure carrier offering flights to sun destinations from this airport.

“Sunwing is proud to have offered direct leisure flights for travellers from Val d’Or for almost 10 years, and we look forward to continuing this convenient service to two incredibly popular vacation hotspots this winter,” says Sunwing’s President of Tour Operations, Andrew Dawson.

In Punta Cana, Sunwing passengers can find plenty of sun and fun at Memories Splash Punta Cana, home to one of the Caribbean’s largest on-site waterparks. The resort also features a kids’ club, and complimentary access to the upscale facilities at the Royalton Punta Cana, including a casino and spa.

In Holguin, Memories Holguin Beach Resort is known for its large two-storey kids club packed with activities, plus five pools, two of which are just for kids.
