Sunquest Protection Factor (SPF) price guarantee is extended

Sunquest’s price guarantee – SPF – is extended until the end of October

TORONTO — Originally set to expire on Sept. 30, Sunquest is extending its popular SPF, or Sunquest Protection Factor price guarantee, until the end of October on all winter 2014-2015 vacations.

“SPF has been incredibly successful for us this year and we are delighted to be able to continue to offer it for another month,” said Brad Miron, Vice President, Marketing and Business Development for Sunquest. “Already we’ve seen a large number of customers benefit from this program, getting refunded when the price has gone down on their winter package. Add to that the fact that when customers book early they are also able to take advantage of some great savings, and they have some pretty compelling reasons to book with Sunquest today.”

Valid on all new sun bookings made by Oct. 31, 2014, for travel between Dec. 18, 2014, and April 30, 2015, to practically every hotel in Mexico and the Caribbean available through Sunquest, should customers purchase a package and the cost of that package decrease after booking, Sunquest will honour the new lower rate, refunding them up to $1,000 per booking.

To take advantage of the guarantee, all customers (or their agents on their behalf) have to do is go online to Sunquest.ca within 10 days of making their booking and complete the quick and easy registration. If they have a claim, all it takes is a call into Sunquest’s call centre while the reduced rate is in effect and Sunquest will refund the difference between the two rates to a maximum of $400 per adult and $200 per child (with a per room maximum of $1,000).

The refund request has to be made more than 30 days before departure to qualify.

The SPF guarantee is applicable on the exact same package, including all dates, hotel and flights. The lower price per person (including taxes) must be at least $50 less than the original price per person in order to qualify. Commission will be protected on the original rate.
