KISSIMMEE — Disney Cruise Line has unveiled a first look at new enhancements to the Disney Dream, including two new interactive youth areas, one themed to Star Wars and another to Disney Infinity.
Also new is a sweet shop serving handmade gelato, ice cream and candy treats. The ever-popular Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique also made its debut on the ship. For adults, a new splash pool and sun deck provide an oasis for relaxing.
Here are the top 5 new spaces on the Disney Dream
1) Star Wars: Millennium Falcon
May the Force be with you in this super cool spacecraft! The fun here is an out-of-this-galaxy experience for young Jedi hopefuls.
2) Disney Infinity
Exciting virtual experiences and immersive group activities make this high-tech gaming room unlike any other. There’s even a chance to become one of your favorite Disney characters on the big screen.
3) Vanellope’s Sweets & Treats
New flavors of handmade gelato and ice cream are offered every day at this sweet shop. Plus, the sundae served in a trophy cup, made with eight heaping scoops of ice cream, is perfect for the family to share.
4) Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
Calling all princesses! Your magical makeover awaits in this very special salon, which also transforms cruisers of all ages into swashbuckling pirates on Pirate Night.
5) Satellite Falls
Exclusive to adults. Peace and quiet. Need I say more? This new water feature is the perfect hangout for those wanting a little rest and relaxation away from the kids.
