GREAT EXUMA — Sandals Emerald Bay Golf, Tennis & Spa Resort in Great Exuma has reopened its doors following a brief closure due to Hurricane Matthew.

The Bahamas resort has a new restaurant, The Jerk Shack, serving authentic jerk-style cuisine. Sandals Emerald Bay now has eight 5-Star Global Gourmet dining options.
